These terms govern your use of gameburrow.com. By opening the site or playing The Acorn Vault, you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

1. What Gameburrow is

Gameburrow is a free-to-play social gaming website offering a single simulated slot machine for entertainment purposes only. It is not a gambling service. No real-money wagering, betting or staking of anything of value takes place on this site, and no prize, payout or reward of monetary value is offered, promised or paid.

2. Age requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to use Gameburrow. By using the site you represent that you meet that requirement. We may restrict access where we believe this condition is not met.

3. Virtual coins

Virtual coins displayed within the game are a scoring device with no monetary value whatsoever. They cannot be purchased, sold, gifted, traded, transferred, redeemed, withdrawn or exchanged for money, goods, services or any other item of value, inside or outside the site. They are generated automatically, exist only within the page you have open, and are lost when that page is closed or reloaded. No compensation of any kind is available for lost, reset or unused coins.

4. No guarantee of outcomes

Game results are produced by a random process executed in your browser. Past results have no bearing on future ones. Nothing about playing this game constitutes practice for, preparation for, or an indication of likely outcomes in any real-money gambling activity, and any resemblance between the two should not be relied upon.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to: interfere with or disrupt the site or its underlying infrastructure; attempt to gain unauthorised access to any system; modify, decompile or tamper with the game code in order to misrepresent it as genuine play; use automated tools to access the site at scale; or use the site for any unlawful purpose or in any way that infringes the rights of others.

All content on this site — including the Gameburrow name and marks, the design system, written copy, code and the design of The Acorn Vault — is owned by us or licensed to us and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You may view and use it for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, redistribute, adapt or commercially exploit it without our prior written permission.

8. Third-party links

The site may link to third-party resources. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, availability or practices, and a link is not an endorsement.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we exclude liability for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss, and for any loss of data, profit, goodwill or opportunity, arising out of or in connection with your use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against claims, losses and reasonable costs arising from your misuse of the site or your breach of these terms.

11. Local law

The site is offered to a general international audience and is not directed at any particular country. You are responsible for ensuring your use of it is lawful where you are, and for ceasing use if it is not.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The revision date above shows the current version, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the revised terms.

13. Severability

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.
